When a woman loves a man by Julia Lee and her boyfriends 1950’s. Julia Lee a fine singer, and Kansas City’s first lady of the blues. Julia Lee sang in Kansas City night clubs in the early 1950’s. My aunt personally knew her, and went with a piano player who played at the same nightclub. Julia Lee gave my aunt some 78 records two of them on Damon Recording label, a private Kansas City record label. My aunt gave me the records and they ended up being a one of a kind. I had them transferred to digital at the university , and they were sent to Bear Family Records in Germany to complete their 5 CD set of Julia Lee. They in turn sent me 5 CDs of rock n roll music for sending them the songs to complete their CD set.
