Blues artists?
I am a blues junkie, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any "little known" musicians I may not have heard. I appriciate any suggestions, and if wanted the favor can and will be returned!!
I’m in love with Precious Bryant at the moment.
but usually I’m more of a Big Bill Broonzy kind of girl.
Check this guy’s blog out- he keeps coming up with good stuff:

What are some good blues/country, guitars, good price?
Im looking for a good guitar, which suits my music, country and blues. I have a dobro and a couple of strats, looking for something different, thats sounds good and also looks good. Does Anyone have any ideas? Price range anything from £300 to about 800. Thank you
The Fender American Telecaster is in your higher price range, but is great for both country and blues. I think that Vince Gill still plays one.
Whats a good website to read album reviews from?
I have a habit of reading album reviews frequently but whenever I Google it I find different websites which have different grading systems and reviews. Is there a particular recommended website with a good reputation for authenticity? Moreover I’m a rock person so please answer accordingly. Thanx.

Blues – BUDDY GUY sings FEELS LIKE RAIN

Mr. Buddy Guy and images of Chicago.
I don’t listen to “The Blues” all the time, but when I do, Buddy Guy is the one I listen to. About three years someone gave me a CD of his. I didn’t think I would care too much for it, but, I loved it.
I know there are some really great Blues artists out there, but Mr. Guy’s style seems to appeal to me the most.
One more thing, thanks for visiting.

Blues History: Album Review: BB King: Blues on the Bayou
O.K. I started to say that this is my favorite Blues Man. The problem with that is my “favorite” seems to change with what album I am listening to. No matter. BB King is a great Blues Man and I never tire of listening to him.Blues on the Bayou won a Grammy in 2000 for the Best Traditional Blues Album.
The Arkansas Blues and Heritage Festival
I have attended this festival twice. It is located in West Helena Arkansas. It was the first festival I attended outside of St. Louis. It is a free festival and I was very impressed by the effort to which the local people had gone to make the towm ready for the festival. Like most small town downtown areas, West Helena has pretty much deserted. It was obvious that buildings had a fresh coat of paint and there were some shops set up in the vacant stores. There were a lot of venders set up along main street and some of the side streets. There were several small stages and one main stage.
